Job summary

YQN, a leading logistics platform, is recruiting a Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations in the United States. The role focuses on asset tracking, tenancy coordination, cost analysis, and administrative support to optimize warehouse efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of warehouse admin or accounting experience, with strong data skills and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems. Fluency in Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in data management and Excel/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance and TI requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross-warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request to stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related equipment.
• Generate regular analyses on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
