As a Warehouse Assembler, you will help assemble products according to design specifications and customer expectations using bills of materials, assembly drawings, and manual hand tools. This opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the potential for long-term placement with increased pay after 60 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently according to company design criteria and customer requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $44,000 per year.
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
• Shift: 1st Shift.
• Location: Los Angeles, CA.
• Includes an increase in hourly pay after 60 days.
• Must be local to the Los Angeles, CA area.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Assemble products using bills of materials, assembly drawings, and manual hand tools.
• Perform visual quality inspections to confirm products meet required standards.
• Support team production goals in a fast‑paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standard assembly procedures.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant warehouse, assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Ability to use manual hand tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a Monday through Friday 1st shift schedule.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Must successfully complete a standard background check and education verification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in assembly line, warehouse assembly, production, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with reading basic assembly drawings or bills of materials.
• Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks.
