Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Perform soldering tasks and related assembly operations with accuracy and consistency.
• Use common hand tools and production equipment to complete detailed assembly work.
• Inspect work for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with team members, leads, and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $22 to $26 per hour.
• Immediate start opportunity.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience working with detailed small components or precision assemblies.
• Basic soldering experience in accordance with quality standards.
