Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Area Lead–Direct Hire to support daily operations at our Temple, TX facility. You will lead production teams, drive safety, quality and productivity, and cover for Dispatch/Team Leader as needed. Shift is 4PM–12AM, Monday–Friday, with overtime.

Base pay is $25.13/hour plus $1.25/hour shift differential. Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong computer skills, SAP experience, and the ability to coach and train associates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel; SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and train associates and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and drive safety, quality, and productivity.
• Cover Dispatch/Team Leader during absences and schedule coverage.
• Oversee data integrity, inventory control, and order reconciliation.
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
