Job summary

Novolex, a leading packaging solutions provider, is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Temple, TX facility. This night shift role runs 8pm–8am on a 2-2-3 schedule, with competitive hourly pay ($27.84–$31.00) and eligibility for wage increases.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance technician experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Basic math and measurement skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures including lock-out/tag-out.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Report carry-over items at tier 1 meeting.
• Operate equipment such as forklift, man-lifts, and elevated platforms.
• Assist maintenance team as assigned.
