Job summary

Novolex in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 7pm–7am, 12-hour shift (2-2-3). You will coordinate production activities, supervise a team, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency to meet budgeted objectives.

The role requires a high school diploma and supervisory experience; lean manufacturing experience is a plus. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with full benefits and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage supervisors and warehouse personnel to ensure schedule and standards.
• Provide training and timely feedback to trainees and management.
• Promote safe work environment and adherence to policies.
• Assign machines and manage manpower to meet schedule requirements.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure quality output.
• Maintain shift production records and address variances.
• Communicate effectively with shift supervision and plant management.
• Support other departments and plant programs to achieve objectives.
• Other duties as assigned, including food safety.
