Job summary

Novolex in Hazle Township, PA, seeks a Production Shift Leader to develop high-performance teams and ensure execution of standard work aligned with Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.

You will partner with HR on hiring, training and performance management, oversee new-hire training, enforce OSHA requirements, and drive continuous improvement while fostering an engaging, inclusive plant culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associates degree preferred in technical or business field.
• 5 years manufacturing experience and/or 3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Willing to work 6:30pm–6:30am on a 2-2-3 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Supervise plant floor operations and coordinate hourly workers.
• Partner with HR on hiring, training and performance management.
• Oversee new hire training and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and frontline problem solving.
• Foster engagement and a high-performance plant culture.
