The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with compensation ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year plus 50% commission on completed installations.

Qualifications

• Manage daily shop operations and keep installation workflow organized and on schedule.
• Coordinate plumbing, installation, and service projects from preparation through completion.
• Prepare materials, equipment, supplies, and job information for field installation teams.
• Communicate with customers, ownership, and team members to resolve issues and support smooth operations.
• 3–5 years of relevant operations, plumbing, installation, construction, or service-industry experience.
