Salary: $70,000 - $73,000

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Supervisor to join our Memphis distribution center. This role is a critical part of our operations, with a primary focus on inventory management and leadership of a small, effective team. As the facility undergoes a strategic transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to drive improvement, support change, and enhance our operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily inventory operations with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and organization.
• Supervise a team of 4 direct reports, including 1 Inventory Coordinator and 3 Forklift Operators.
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Maintain compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to inventory control and warehouse safety.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation and paperwork to ensure transparency and audit-readiness.
• Provide training, development, and motivation for hourly employees to support a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support the facility’s transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong background in inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop frontline employees.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with an early morning schedule (4:00 AM start).
• Previous shipping and receiving experience is a plus.
• Management/supervisory experience is a strong advantage, though not strictly required.
