Customer Service Supervisor, Nursing Non-Clinical - Accredo - Remote (Finance)
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a non-clinical role. The supervisor leads the customer service team focused on scheduling and supporting Accredo patients requiring home nursing support. Responsibilities include providing guidance on policies, workflows, and training, monitoring work, and ensuring visits are scheduled and completed efficiently.
*Candidate must work EST business hours*
