Customer Service Supervisor, Nursing Non-Clinical - Accredo - Remote (Finance)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Supervisor for a non-clinical role. The supervisor leads the customer service team focused on scheduling and supporting Accredo patients requiring home nursing support. Responsibilities include providing guidance on policies, workflows, and training, monitoring work, and ensuring visits are scheduled and completed efficiently.

*Candidate must work EST business hours*

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the customer service team within the nursing department, including administrative, operative, and technical staff.
  2. Supervise daily activities of representatives handling customer/member inquiries and issues.
  3. Guide policies, procedures, workflows, and training needs.
  4. Monitor metrics, productivity, and accuracy according to standards.
  5. Manage a large team of direct reports in a process or transactional environment.
  6. Coordinate schedules and workflow.
  7. Ensure team completes assignments and routines.
  8. Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  9. Handle escalations from patients and nursing team as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  2. 3+ years of leadership experience.
  3. Experience managing virtual teams.
  4. 2+ years coaching and developing team members.
  5. Change management experience.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
