My name is David, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Inventory Supervisor
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Memphis, TN. Details of the position are as follows:

Job Description:

  • Lead daily inventory operations and ensure accuracy using SAP
  • Supervise a team of 4 direct reports (1 Inventory Coordinator, 3 Forklift Operators)
  • Oversee shipping and receiving functions
  • Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and organization of inventory records
  • Promote a culture of accountability, attention to detail, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with warehouse leadership on transformation efforts underway in 2025
  • Support warehouse operations with a focus on early-morning productivity
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $70,000–$75,000
  • 5% Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP)

Qualifications:
