Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, storage, and distribution.

You will supervise, schedule, train, and support warehouse staff, ensure safety and compliance with company policies, and coordinate loading, unloading, and staging of inventory and equipment.

This role starts early (6am) and involves alternating weekends, with use of company software for inventory, scheduling, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and inventory management is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of beverages, food, equipment, and event supplies.
• Receive, organize, store, and reconcile incoming and returned inventory.
• Inspect and verify products, equipment, and event orders before distribution.
• Conduct monthly inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Order and procure supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and surrounding areas.
• Supervise, schedule, train, and support warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and required certifications.
• Prepare event paperwork and coordinate loading, unloading, and staging of inventory and equipment.
• Verify event staff depart on time with the correct supplies and equipment.
• Report damaged equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements.
• Utilize company software for inventory, scheduling, and operational tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position typically has a 6am start time and works alternating weekends.
