Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in USA Lancaster is seeking a Customer Service Admin for LBJ FWY. The role supports outbound operations, label control, yard coordination, and data entry for shipments.

You will work with RF scanners, MS Office, and a Warehouse Management System, interacting with supervisors, carriers, and drivers. Required 1–3 years warehousing admin experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years’ inventory control or warehousing admin experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Label Control: Prepare, distribute, and reprint labels for carton/pallet pickers and track labels.
• Administrative Functions: Data entry, issue seals, prepare Bills of Lading, schedule carriers, and file paperwork.
• Safety and Housekeeping: Maintain a clean area and ensure security of seals and documents.
• Other Duties: Support supervisors and adapt to different areas as needed.
• Overtime: Work as required by business needs.
