Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster, TX seeks a Customer Service Agent, Admin to support outbound operations. The role requires basic label management, yard coordination, and data entry with strong Excel usage and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities include preparing Bills of Lading, coordinating with yard drivers, and maintaining accurate documentation in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 1–3 years warehousing admin experience preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years' experience working in inventory control or warehousing admin experience.

Responsibilities

• Label control: prepare, distribute, and reprint all labels for carton/pallet pickers daily.
• Yard coordination using Y/WMS to communicate outbound pulls to yard drivers.
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL's) for all completed outbound loads; schedule LTL pickups.
• Document and file outbound paperwork; maintain neat, orderly records; multitask with urgency.
• Maintain safety: adhere to OSHA/MSDS standards and secure tools and documents.
