Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 to $90,000 per year.
• Job type: Temp-to-hire.
• Schedule: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Occasional weekends may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Manage warehouse operations supporting manufacturing, production, and logistics needs.
• Lead warehouse teams, including leads and temporary staff.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping, receiving, safety compliance, and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Previous warehouse management or warehouse leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or related environment.
• Prior experience working with an ERP system is required.
• Strong inventory management, shipping, receiving, and warehouse documentation skills.
• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and hold teams accountable for performance and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally with production, quality, and logistics teams.
• Ability to prepare and present reports related to inventory levels, shipping schedules, and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace and defense manufacturing environments.
• Background supporting production schedules, material flow, and quality‑driven warehouse processes.
• Experience improving warehouse procedures, inventory accuracy, safety practices, or team productivity.
