You will load materials, set up and calibrate machines, perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting, and maintain production logs while communicating updates to supervisors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related warehouse, factory, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least 1 year of factory-related work experience.
• Basic math, writing, computer, and English communication skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Load raw materials, feed production machines, and place parts into semi-automated equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
• Contract: 12 months with possible extension.
• Location: Madera, CA 93637.
• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
• 3rd Shift: 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM,Monday to Friday.
• Overtime, including weekends, may be required as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Operate and monitor production machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines at the start of shift and during production.
• Perform quality checks, safety checks, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate updates to supervisors.
• 1 to 2 years of related warehouse, factory, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least 1 year of factory‑related work experience.
• Basic math, writing, computer, and English communication skills.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Ability to understand and follow quality procedures, safety standards, and work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, safety‑conscious, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
• Experience operating, setting up, calibrating, or troubleshooting production machinery.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify basic equipment or production issues.
• Experience completing production logs, quality checks, and safety checks in a manufacturing setting.
