PLTFRM is seeking an Omni Sales Director to own the total omnichannel strategy and performance at Walmart and Sam's Club. This isn’t a lane, it's the whole field: sales, supply chain, digital execution, retail media, analytics, P&L, accounting, operations, all of it. This is a high-ownership seat for someone who thrives living in both the strategy and the execution — who brings the same hunger to this business as they would to their own.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running a Walmart or Sam's Club business, supplier or agency.
• Fluency in omnichannel retail from shelf to supply chain.
• P&L ownership with focus on margin.
• Proven merchant relationship growth.
• Retail media planning and digital execution experience.

Responsabilités

• Own total omnichannel strategy to win at Walmart and Sam's Club.
• Oversee supply chain and replenishment end-to-end.
• Lead sales analytics and performance reporting.
• Direct digital execution across platforms and retail media.
• Manage internal & external P&L, including commissions.
• Build and maintain merchant relationships at Walmart and Sam's Club.
