Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Director of Omnichannel Strategy for Walmart in the United States. You will lead the development and execution of the omnichannel growth strategy for one of SharkNinja's largest retail partners, translating priorities into integrated plans across the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in omnichannel strategy, retail marketing, ecommerce, shopper marketing, retail media, or commercial strategy.
• Experience with Walmart or other large omnichannel retailers is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to develop business strategies and lead complex cross-functional initiatives within a matrixed organization.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect strategy to execution and deliver measurable business results.

Responsibilities

• Own the omnichannel strategy for the Walmart business, developing annual and quarterly operating plans.
• Partner with Sales leadership to define strategic priorities and Joint Business Plans.
• Develop retailer specific strategies for launches, seasonal events, and long-term growth.
• Evaluate shopper behavior, market trends, and retailer capabilities to adjust strategy.
• Establish success metrics and operating rhythms for progress against objectives.
• Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Retail Media, Social, Analytics, Creative, Product, and Operations.
