SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Commercial Execution – Walmart to turn commercial priorities into dependable on-shelf execution across Walmart stores and Walmart.com. You will partner with Walmart Merchant teams and SharkNinja functions to align forecasts and inventory actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in CPFR, replenishment, demand planning, or inventory management in consumer products/retail.
• Experience with Walmart data and tools preferred, including Retail Link and Scintilla.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across retailer and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with Walmart MerchX teams to align forecast and inventory priorities.
• Translate promotions and launches into clear replenishment actions with cross-functional teams.
• Own Walmart forecasts quality ensuring demand signals are reflected in planning.
• Monitor POS, forecast accuracy, fill rate, weeks of supply; identify root causes.
• Optimize replenishment settings and inventory parameters to improve availability.
• Manage order-flow health with Customer Service and Supply Planning.
• Execute inventory strategies including direct import and seasonal builds.
• Own Walmart supply-chain scorecards and action plans (OTIF, SQEP, Supplier One).
• Build repeatable routines and reports using Scintilla, Retail Link, AI-tools.
• Support Joint Business Planning and reviews with operational view.
