SharkNinja is seeking a Vice President of Sales for Walmart (Ninja) based in Bentonville, AR. You will own the Walmart U.S. P&L across Ninja categories, lead senior relationships, and drive omni-channel growth including Walmart.com and Walmart Connect.

You will build a high-performing team, lead joint business planning, and translate innovation into category wins. Relocation to Northwest Arkansas is preferred; extensive travel to Needham, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Direct, current Walmart experience with proven ability to grow a large Walmart account.
• Proven P&L ownership of a $300M+ account.
• Leads teams including managers; develops talent.
• Strong analytical fluency with syndicated data, POS trends, and financial modeling.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Northwest Arkansas.

Responsibilities

• Own the Walmart P&L and drive revenue, margin and share targets (omnichannel).
• Lead senior-level customer relationships with Walmart executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Drive digital shelf growth on Walmart.com and partner with Scintilla on LTV and basket-building.
• Lead annual AOP process end to end with growth targets.
• Collaborate on category strategy and exclusive offerings for Walmart shopper.
• Build and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Represent customer voice in internal product, pricing, go-to-market decisions.
