SharkNinja seeks a Director of Commercial Execution – Walmart to lead the cross-functional bridge between Walmart strategy and execution across stores, Walmart.com, DCs, and replenishment teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 10+ years in CPFR, customer supply chain, replenishment, or end-to-end leadership.
• 3+ years leading and developing teams; strong preference for managers.
• Deep Walmart supplier/retailer experience and budget/forecast skills.
• Proven ability to improve forecast accuracy, in-stock and fill-rate metrics.

Responsibilities

• Set account-wide CPFR and Commercial Execution strategy and roadmaps.
• Own Walmart performance metrics: fill rate, in-stock, forecast accuracy.
• Build relationships with Walmart leadership at senior levels.
• Translate business plans into executable supply commitments and timelines.
• Lead end-to-end Walmart demand signal governance and inventory strategy.
