SharkNinja seeks a Manager, Commercial Execution – Walmart to turn priorities into reliable execution across Walmart stores, Walmart.com, and distribution networks. You will align cross-functional teams to forecast, replenish, and manage inventory with a focus on fill rate and in-stock performance.

You’ll own Walmart forecasts, monitor key signals, and enable AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual work and speed decisions, ensuring products are available where customers shop.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in CPFR or retailer supply chain roles.
• Experience with Walmart data, replenishment tools, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Align forecast, replenishment, and inventory actions with Walmart teams.
• Maintain 95%+ fill rate and 97.5%+ in-stock performance for portfolios.
• Own Walmart system forecasts and data signals for assigned categories.
• Monitor POS, forecast accuracy, and inventory metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Optimize replenishment settings, lead times, and order-flow health with CS and Planning.
• Lead inventory strategies, scorecards, and Joint Business Planning support.
