Job summary

RAW Nutrition is seeking a Key Account Manager to own our Walmart retail business. You’ll grow sales, distribution, and profit by building annual plans, adding items and promotions, and managing the trade budget. An understanding of Sam’s Club wholesale is preferred.

This role is remote, but candidates must live in the Bentonville, AR area. You’ll partner with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive launches and ensure in-stock conditions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in CPG sales, account management, or category management with national account responsibility.
• Experience with Walmart or related retailers.
• Experience building account plans and managing a trade budget.
• Familiarity with retailer data/tools and turning data into recommendations.
• Strong Excel and presentation skills; ability to communicate with buyers clearly.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Walmart retail account strategy, annual planning, and profit goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, category managers, and planners.
• Sell in new items, line extensions, and promotions; defend shelf space and displays.
