Walmart E-Commerce Manager in Midtown NYC is a hands-on, on-site role responsible for owning the Walmart channel for a fast-growing footwear brand. You will manage listings, ads, pricing, reviews, and fulfillment while shaping the relationship with Walmart and external agencies.

You will build and own reporting, demonstrate advertising incrementality, and drive channel growth from a strong base with support from an internal catalog and development team.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Walmart Marketplace experience with Seller Center, listings, Walmart Connect, and WFS.
• Proven track record of growing a Walmart channel from a small base to a meaningful volume.
• Experience managing outside agencies and deciding when to bring work in-house or replace agencies.
• Strong understanding of advertising incrementality and differentiating between true channel growth vs. cannibalized sales.
• Comfort owning listing quality for a large, seasonal catalog with hundreds of styles and thousands of SKUs.
• Strong analytical skills; builds reporting and distinguishes revenue from profit.

Aufgaben

• Own Walmart revenue and the plan to grow it, including which styles lead it.
• Manage listing quality across the catalog, including content, images, titles, and variant grouping.
• Oversee Walmart Connect advertising, including campaign structure and spend.
• Manage pricing strategies, parity, flash deals, and event pricing.
• Handle reviews, including syndication and depth on new styles.
• Oversee fulfillment (WFS) and on-time delivery performance.
• Cultivate Walmart relationships and deal submissions with Walmart teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting with a change log.
