Job summary

Unilever in Rogers, Arkansas seeks an Associate Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities for the Walmart Customer Team, influence financial decisions, and partner with Sales, Demand Planning, and Analysts to deliver value.

You will analyze ROI, support Joint Business Plans, forecast accuracy, and contribute to go-to-market initiatives while upholding Unilever's profitability and strategic health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3-5 years of related customer business experience
• Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, analytics, financial/strategic modeling, forecasting
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to multi-task & prioritize
• Problem solving, solid judgment, and decision making ability, and can deal with ambiguity
• In-depth knowledge of Excel, Retail Link, Tableau, SAP, SAS, Nielsen

Responsibilities

• Maximize ROI of investment activities through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency
• Support fully integrated business planning process for customer team such as Joint Business Plan and internal planning requirements
• Engineer new capabilities that assess different business models to maximize customer and retailer profitability and value creation
• Work with Customer Business Managers to develop and execute programs aligned with brand strategy and Joint Business Planning
• Drive forecast integrity/accuracy through understanding of business drivers and macro/micro trends
• Support Sector efforts and recommendations for Go-To-Market, business planning, and governance initiatives
