Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in the CPG or retail industry, including sales or customer development.
• Proficiency with Copilot, PowerPoint, Excel, and data tools (IRI, Nielsen, Circana).
• Experience in eCommerce or omnichannel management preferred.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Own defined customer workstreams and at least one merchant relationship with guidance.
• Support development of Walmart/Sam's Club Home Care plans across assortment and digital.
• Use insights to inform discussions and ensure actions are completed on time.
• Analyze pricing, promotions, and item performance using POS data.
• Support forecasting, trade tracking, and ROI evaluation.
• Collaborate with eCommerce, Brand, Shopper Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Maintain accurate customer administration and track milestones.
