Job summary

Unilever in Rogers, AR is seeking an Associate Business Development Manager to drive growth for the Walmart Customer Team. You will collaborate with Customer Business Managers, Sales Analysts, and Demand Planners to support strategic planning and sound financial decisions.

This role emphasizes ROI optimization, Joint Business Planning, forecast accuracy, and profitability analyses to guide Go-To-Market initiatives.

Qualifications

3-5 years of related customer business experience with analytical impact.
Strong understanding of the P&L, retail math, analytics, financial/strategic modeling, forecasting.
Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Maximize ROI of investment activities through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency, etc.
Support fully integrated business planning process for customer team such as Joint Business Plan and internal planning requirements
Engineer new capabilities that assess different business models in order to maximize customer and retailer profitability and value creation
Work with Customer Business Managers to develop and execute programs consistent with brand strategy and customer Joint Business Planning.
Drive forecast integrity/accuracy through understanding of business drivers and macro/micro economic trends and insights.
Support Sector efforts and recommendations for all Go-To-Market, business planning, and business systems excellence initiatives and governance.
