Job summary

Unilever in Rogers, Arkansas seeks an Associate Business Development Manager to drive growth opportunities and support the Walmart account, collaborating with Customer Business Managers, Sales Analysts, and Demand Planners to achieve our goals.

You will analyze ROI, lead joint business planning, forecast accuracy, and contribute to governance and Go-To-Market initiatives while leveraging Excel, Tableau, SAP, SAS, and Nielsen.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related customer business experience with demonstrated analytical impact.
• Deep understanding of the P&L, retail math, analytics, forecasting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with ability to multi-task.
• Problem solving, solid judgment, and decision making in ambiguity.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Retail Link, Tableau, SAP, SAS, and Nielsen.

Responsibilities

• Maximize ROI of investment activities through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency, etc.
• Support fully integrated business planning process for customer team such as Joint Business Plan and internal planning requirements
• Engineer new capabilities that assess different business models to maximize profitability and value creation
• Work with Customer Business Managers to develop and execute programs aligned with brand strategy and Joint Business Planning.
• Drive forecast integrity/accuracy through understanding of business drivers and macro/micro economic trends and insights.
• Support Sector efforts and recommendations for all Go-To-Market, business planning, and governance initiatives.
