The Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Fundraising Manager for Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Pensacola, FL. You will lead a volunteer-driven effort to engage community and corporate partners and to drive revenue for the world’s largest Alzheimer’s fundraiser.

You’ll recruit, train and coach volunteers, manage multiple events, and use data to improve outcomes while upholding the organization’s mission. Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory; some evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals OR 3-5 years successful experience meeting sales targets.
• Experience developing corporate and community relationships.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to meet revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers to execute fundraising strategies.
• Lead multiple peer-to-peer fundraising events annually.
• Coach volunteers to implement best practices for growth year over year.
