Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers or meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and coach volunteers to implement fundraising best practices.
• Lead multiple volunteer-led events to achieve year-over-year growth.
