Job summary

The Alzheimer’s Association is seeking a Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Pensacola, Florida. You will lead the implementation of Walk to End Alzheimer’s®, building and empowering volunteer committees and engaging community and corporate leaders to drive fundraising growth.

You will coordinate volunteers, manage budgets and timelines, and travel within the territory to achieve quarterly goals and a strong program portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years proven experience in recruiting and mobilizing volunteers to achieve goals OR 3-5 years successful experience of meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable corporate and community relationships to achieve revenue goals.
• Recruit, manage and coach volunteers to implement fundraising strategies.
• Lead multiple volunteer-led events with year-over-year revenue growth.
• Foster inclusive team environments and strong community partnerships.
• Travel up to 60% within the assigned territory; manage timelines and budgets.
