Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

As a Customer Service Associate you will greet customers, assist with selection of merchandise, complete transactions, and answer questions regarding the store and merchandise. You may also unload trucks, process freight, recover merchandise and stock shelves. This on-site role is based in Columbus, OH with flexible part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Process transactions using the POS system.
• Keep the store clean and well stocked.
• Unload trucks and process freight.
• Maintain safety and security in the store.
