Big Lots is seeking motivated individuals to support our Stores as we provide essential products at great values to the communities we serve.

As a Customer Service Associate you will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, complete transactions at the POS, and answer questions about the store and merchandise. You may unload trucks, stock shelves, and recover merchandise for a clean, organized environment.

Qualificações

• Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience: Prefer experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store environments.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customer engagement in a positive and approachable manner.
• Maintains a clean, well-stocked store for customers.
• Unloads merchandise from delivery trucks, moves items to sales floor.
• Stocks shelves and recovers merchandise in the store.
• Handles customer funds and processes transactions using the POS system.
• Maintains safety and security in the store.
