This position oversees program planning, financial performance, census management, and collaboration with regional teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership and supervision of program staff; collaborate with regional support teams; ensure area safety and compliance.
• Organize orientation and training for program staff; audit training records to maintain standards.
• Oversee program planning, service delivery, and regulatory compliance to meet Sevita and regulatory standards.
• Monitor scheduling, overtime, and staffing utilization for efficient coverage of programs.
• Safeguard funds and ensure proper documentation and billing compliance for individuals served.
