Job summary

Sevita in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor to oversee a single program within our residential services, supervising 4–8 individuals and ensuring delivery of supports, person-centered plans, health care, advocacy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the program including delivery of supports, implementation of person-centered plans, health care, advocacy, customer engagement, regulatory compliance and, when applicable, oversight of the physical environment.
• Generally works 8 to 16 flexible hours per week in a supervisory capacity; and provides direct support for the remaining hours.
• Direct Support: Works regularly scheduled shifts as a direct support professional.
• Records: Documents as required; reviews individual records, billing and other program documentation for accuracy and completion.
• Program Planning: Assists the Program Director in development of individual program plans; trains and monitors implementation of plans each day across all shifts.
• Team Meetings: Attends and assists with routine progress meetings.
• Compliance: Maintains licensing compliance; implements Sevita compliance plan; manages individual rights implementation.
• Management of Individuals’ Assets: Secures and safeguards individuals' funds and property; monitors spending.
• Incidents: Completes incident reports and submits to Program Director.
• Billing and Utilization: Compiles census or attendance; submits data for billing.
