Baywood Court in Castro Valley, CA is seeking a full-time Waitstaff member to join a warm, resident-centered team. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, with overtime when offered, and a commitment to compassionate service for seniors.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a drug screening, TB test, and background clearance are required before advancing in the application process.

Qualifications

• No experience required; will train.
• Ability to read, speak, write, and follow instructions in English.

Responsabilités

• Assist in all functions of serving including order taking, basic food prep, setting up, bussing, and clean-up.
• Enter order information into POS for resident meals tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness of preparation and serving areas and dining spaces.
• Support room maintenance and general serving-related tasks.
