Chamonix Casino & Hotel in Cripple Creek, CO is seeking a friendly server to take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. You will regularly check on customers, maintain cleanliness, follow security protocols, and collaborate with team members to run a smooth dining operation in a gaming resort.

One year of hospitality or service experience is preferred; compensation is $14.00 per hour plus tips, with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takes customer orders accurately and serves food and beverages promptly.
• Regularly checks up on customers to ensure they are satisfied. If needed, offers refills and retrieves condiments.
• Delivers excellent customer service. Makes guests feel welcome and wanting to return.
• Answers questions that guests may have regarding menu options or general information about Don Juan's
• Maintains a clean work environment. Performs general cleaning duties, including clearing and sanitizing tables.
• Regular and reliable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position. Employees are expected to be punctual and consistently present during their scheduled work hours to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the business.
• Fosters good working relationships with guests and employees.
• Wears and maintains all uniforms properly, including nametag. Must wear a gaming license if in possession of one.
• Follows established security protocols to ensure that the restaurant work environment is safe.
• Maintains alertness for the performance of all responsibilities and a general awareness of restaurant operations at all times. Keeps the supervisor informed of any concerns.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated hands-on hospitality, hosting, or serving experience, preferably within a gaming environment. Demonstrated experience performing within specific deadlines or under pressure. Demonstrated experience in problem-solving, organizing, and prioritizing work.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: One (1) or more years of recent and related experience.
