Job summary

Fellowship Square in Surprise, AZ is hiring a friendly waitstaff/server to serve residents with warmth and respect. You’ll be part of a team that treats every resident as family and creates a dining experience that reinforces independence and belonging.

You’ll set up tables, take orders, serve meals promptly, and help maintain cleanliness and safety standards. This role offers community impact, flexible pay options, and benefits that support your health and well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS).

• Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members
