Job summary

Fellowship Square seeks a compassionate Certified Caregiver to provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents in a non-profit Christian care community. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and follow individualized care plans while supporting a caring, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, Arizona caregiver or MedTech certification, CPR/First Aid, and Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Arizona Caregiver or MedTech certification is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
• TB test and background checks are required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration per residents' care plans.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
• Observe and document health status; report changes to the team.
• Follow personalized care plans to meet each resident's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free living environment.
• Respond quickly and appropriately in emergencies.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality care and support to our residents, helping with daily activities while ensuring their health, safety, and overall well-being.

• Medication Administration Deliver medications as outlined in residents’ care plans.
• Daily Living Assistance Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Health Monitoring Observe and document residents’ health, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Personalized Care Follow individualized care plans to meet each resident’s unique needs.
• Emotional Support Provide companionship and encourage a positive environment.
• Safety & Cleanliness Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free living environment.
• Emergency Response Act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification or MedTech Certification.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB Test (submission required before starting).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Prior experience in assisted living or healthcare is a plus.
• Physical capability to safely lift and transfer residents.
• Ability to manage challenging behaviors with empathy and professionalism.
