Job summary

Fellowship Square Christian Care is seeking a Waitstaff / Server to provide courteous and attentive dining service to residents and guests at our Phoenix-area community.

You will set up dining spaces, take orders, serve meals with care, and uphold safety standards while fostering a warm, respectful atmosphere for seniors.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ Department of Public Safety)
• Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors
