Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking a Waitstaff/Server to provide courteous, attentive dining service to residents at our Phoenix community.

You will set up dining areas, take orders, and deliver meals with care, while following safety and sanitation standards. The role emphasizes compassion, respect, and meaningful connections with seniors in a faith-based, supportive environment.

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ Department of Public Safety)
• Food Handler's Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required
• Patience and a genuine enjoyment of working with seniors

Full-Time and Part-time schedules available

Pay rate

$15.50 per hour
