Job summary

Fellowship Square in Phoenix seeks a Waitstaff/Server to provide courteous, attentive dining service for residents and guests. You will set tables, take orders, and ensure meals are served with care while adhering to safety standards.

This is a role that blends compassion with daily teamwork in a faith-based care community. The position emphasizes respectful communication, kindness, and a genuine enjoyment of serving seniors, with full and part-time shifts available and a pay rate of $15.50 per

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS).
• Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, attentive service to residents, guests, and team members.
• Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment.
• Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
• Clear and clean tables to maintain a comfortable dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with residents, honoring their preferences and needs.
• Support a culture of respect, kindness, and hospitality in every interaction.
