Job summary

Fellowship Square in Tucson, AZ is seeking a skilled Cook to join our culinary team and prepare nutritious meals for residents across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care facilities.

You will follow menus and dietary requirements, maintain health and safety standards, and work with dietary staff to ensure timely service and appealing presentation. The role requires at least two years of cooking experience and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Two years of institutional or restaurant cooking experience.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Courses in food production/sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals according to menu plans and resident dietary requirements.
• Ensure food is prepared in accordance with health and safety guidelines and proper storage.
• Assist in menu planning, considering dietary preferences, allergies, and medical needs.
• Maintain timely meal service with high presentation standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering supplies, and kitchen stock levels.
• Collaborate with dietary team, dining staff, and management for smooth service.
• Keep a clean, organized kitchen and proper equipment care.

Fellowship Square is looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team and help provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
