Job summary

Fellowship Square is seeking a friendly Waitstaff/Server to provide courteous service to our senior residents at 2002 W Sunnyside, Phoenix, AZ. Your role centers on compassion, connection, and high standards of care in every meal experience.

You will set up dining spaces, take orders, serve meals promptly, and uphold safety and sanitation guidelines. A warm personality and teamwork are essential to help residents feel valued and at home.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to obtain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ DPS).
• Food Handler’s Card required (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.

• Set up dining room tables to create a welcoming environment.
• Take resident and guest orders and serve meals promptly with care.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
