Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage service to all customers with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring friendly, courteous, and professional experience.
• Function as a part of a team that benefits the Schilo's Team.
• Ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the shift.
• Arrive dressed and ready to set up for breakfast and lunch guests.
• Report for duty in accordance with the roster and standards of appearance as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provide information to assist with food and beverage selections.
• Present ordered choices promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Upsell when appropriate.
• Arrange table settings.
• Always keep tables clean and tidy.
• Deliver checks and collect payments.
• Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
