Job summary

Mandara Spa in Waikoloa, Hawaii, is hiring for a front desk guest services role at a luxury resort. You will greet guests, manage reservations, answer calls, and assist with spa services and retail products.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service in a fast-paced setting, strong communication, and basic computer skills. A sign-on bonus of $1,500 and bonus potential are offered in a resort spa environment.

• Basic computer skills; able to learn booking systems; Book4Time experience is a plus.

Starting pay: $25.00 per hour , plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus and weekly/monthly bonus potential

What We're Looking For

• Retail or spa experience a plus, not required
