Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is seeking line cooks for a one-day event. The role requires preparing food to company standards, working with a flat top griddle and fryer, and reading orders accurately while communicating with the team and customers. This is a temporary hire for a single day.

Qualifications

• 2 years of high-volume kitchen experience required.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Knowledge of restaurant prep and cooking methods.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prep according to daily par.
• Cook and package batches of food, such as hamburgers prepared to order or kept warm until sold.
• Read food orders and prepare and cook food according to instructions.
• Operate large-volume cooking equipment like deep-fat fryers or griddles.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
