Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX is seeking a Wage & Hour Litigation Attorney to lead sophisticated class and collective actions on the plaintiff side. You will manage matters from inception through resolution, handling complex litigation with experienced litigators and briefing support.

Hybrid flexibility may be available after onboarding. The role emphasizes sole ownership of wage-and-hour matters, strong motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling complex litigation, class actions or collective actions.
• Strong motion practice, legal writing and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active litigation docket.
• Plaintiff-side Wage & Hour or Employment Litigation experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Handle class and collective actions under FLSA and related state laws.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.
• Lead discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Support trial and arbitration preparation while collaborating with partners on litigation strategy.
