Qualifications

• 2–7 years of employment litigation experience, plaintiff or defense.
• Familiarity with California wage & hour laws, PAGA, and FEHA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wage & hour class and representative actions from intake to resolution.
• Handle discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with partners while maintaining independence.
