Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters from intake through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and analyze applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery and assist with case development.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.
• Manage a high-volume caseload while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Assist with settlement negotiations and other case-resolution efforts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other members of the legal team.
• Stay current on developments in employment and wage-and-hour law.
